Our approach, to design and to manufacture dust collectors adapted to current quality requirements for a clean environment in industrial settings

Following new production constraints, we established specifications to be followed in producing our dust collectors to provide a solution closer to the industrialists expectations. Thank you to read the following information for a better understanding of our products.

Why a compact dust collector?

Traditionally, dust collector was used for the protection of individuals during the manufacturing process and for environment improvement in the factory.

Since 1995, the development of high technology products such as electronics (TVs, computers, mobile phones ...), led to new manufacturing constraints. Production parts are becoming smaller and complex restructuring of factories and production tools were necessary. Then Industrialists met severe dust problems affecting the quality of production (manufacturing defects, important losses ...).

Big and heavy collectors and standard suction solutions, have proven cumbersome, not very mobile, not adapted to new production requirements. Industrialist needs were going to smaller solutions, portable, easy to install and maintain. Depending on the process of producing, new problems have emerged, such as the use of a dust in a clean room with air-discharge inside, or on fully automated production lines. Henceforth, the dust collector must be integrated easily with existing equipment and be controlled remotely without human intervention and without causing frequent shutdown of production chain.

A « difficult » conception for an « easy » use

To miniaturize the dust collector and make it easy to use, each piece of machinery has been studied and custom designed. For comfort and optimal protection of electronic circuits, a control panel was made. Its function: control of engine power, static pressure, and airflow inside the machine.

How to choose dust collectors

The choice of dust collectors will depend mainly on the method of aspiration (1) and the quantity, size, and type of dust (2). These parameters will determine the most appropriate filters, static pressure, air flow, power, the need for automatic cleaning.

1. The suction method : estimation of the distance between the source of dust and the suction. The furthest is the aspiration, the widest should be the mouth or nozzle diameter and the biggest should be dust collector.

2. The amount of dust : requirements of industrialists tend more towards the "zero" dust to ensure the quality of manufactured products and production efficiency. The Dusts covered in the workspace, now tend to be sucked directly into production lines involving new standards of efficiency and reliability of dust.

For optimum suction: closer to the source of dust

The current status of plants and their expectations about the dust problems:

1. More compact production lines to manufacture products sensitive to dust.
2. Restructuring of existing plants to face with new processes and manufacturing requirements making big and heavy dust collectors inadequate.
3. Unsuitability of cladding and piping systems due to reduced production areas.
4. Need of efficient dust collectors, reliable, combining flexibility and mobility, adapted to new production tools and new configurations of plants.
5. Need a clean room with exhaust air directly inside without rejection outside.
6. Equip and operate dust collectors only where needed as required by current production. The objectives are focused on better space management, energy costs, downtime in production.
7. Need of dust collectors equipped with a remote control on automated production lines.
8. Management of particles problem bonded by static electricity on products manufactured or assembled. After a needs analysis, we concluded that the collection of particle should be at the local level, closest to the source of dust.

User manual for local exhaust

1. Finding the source of dust and vacuum as close as possible.
2. In the case where the suction nozzle can not be placed closer to the source, several solutions are possible: adjust accordingly a suction mouth, cover the source to re-direct the dust towards the suction. These solutions can reduce the airflow and the size of the dust collectors.
3. Collect the particles closer to the product where they may fall and stick.
4. For maximum efficiency, use an ionizer and a fan.
5. If the dust stick, aspire them as soon as possible.

3. Easy maintenance


We designed custom filters that are easy to replace requiring no screwdriver such as a removing odors filter under a tape form. We have also set up automatic cleaning processes (CBA-1000AT-HC-DSA-V1).


Our compact dust collectors are developed based on industrial issues, on ground analysis, on technical developments, customer specifications, for a greater closeness to the production expectations.
