CHOOSING AN EXTRACTOR
This section will help you refine your choice of the dust extractor or fume collector best suited to your needs.
Efficiency demands differ, depending on the manufacturing processes in your field of activity, which may, for instance, be the production of semi-conductors, electronic components or medical drugs, or concern food processing. To enable you to select the most efficient machine, please enter the parameters proposed and supply the information requested for each one.
What type(s) of particulate do you wish to extract ?
*For clogging particulates, please contact us, as the choice of dust collector varies according to particulate size and the suction mode used.
Please choose the type of suction nozzle

- Dust capture during blower cleaning of precision parts and components (e.g. motherboards and optical lenses).
- Elimination of particulates harmful to man.
- Removal of particulates attracted onto films by static electricity.
- Removal of particulates generated by cutting or piercing, or by resin or metal surface polishing.
- Elimination of particulates from smooth surfaces.
- Fumes generated by laser marking.

- Extraction of particulates before their fallout and dispersion.

- For lateral extraction of voluminous heavy particulates generated by piercing, cutting, etc.

- Particulate extraction from below when space is lacking above or laterally.

- Suction at the source before particulate dispersion.
- Particulates generated by precision cutting, sharpening or polishing.
Please enter the size of the nozzle

Even if the nozzle is round,
indicate its height and length.
Please enter the following information concerning the suction hose or tube
Result
- Hose internal air flow: m3/min
- Internal suction speed: m/sec
- Dynamic pressure: kPa
- Static pressure: kPa
*Internal suction speed required: 6m/s for fumes and 10 m/s for dust in suspension. If the result is below these two values, choose a smaller internal hose diameter.
* Please choose a dust extractor according to the interception of the red line with static pressure on the graph.
